1. Introduction

Welcome to Gotripaz.com (“Gotripaz”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, including Trip Request services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using Gotripaz.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or Services.

The terms “you” and “user” refer to any individual or entity accessing or using the Website.

2. Trip Request Service

When you submit your contact details and travel requirements (“Trip Request”):

• Your request may be shared with multiple independent travel agents, tour operators, or freelance guides (“Travel Agents”).
• If suitable Travel Agents are unavailable, Gotripaz may respond through its own travel desk.
• By submitting a Trip Request, you:
  • Authorize Gotripaz to share your details with Travel Agents.
  • Consent to being contacted via phone, SMS, email, or messaging apps—even if registered under Do Not Call (DNC) lists.
  • Agree to receive follow-ups and promotional communications from Gotripaz.

Service Fee:
Submitting a Trip Request is free for users. Gotripaz may receive a service fee or commission from Travel Agents.

Pricing Disclaimer:
Travel package prices are subject to change based on availability, season, and supplier pricing. Users must verify all details before confirming bookings.

3. Role of Gotripaz

Gotripaz acts only as a facilitator platform:

• We do not endorse, guarantee, or recommend any Travel Agent or service provider.
• We do not directly provide travel services, unless explicitly stated.
• All bookings, payments, and service agreements are strictly between you and the Travel Agent or service provider.

You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before entering into any transaction.

4. No Pre-Screening

• Gotripaz does not guarantee verification of Travel Agents or hotels.
• Listings are based on agent submissions, user reviews, and feedback.
• We are not responsible for accuracy, quality, or reliability of third-party services.

5. Payments & Bookings

• Payments for bookings may be made directly to Travel Agents or, in certain cases, to Gotripaz.
• Gotripaz is not responsible for:
  • Pricing disputes
  • Refunds (unless explicitly managed by us)
  • Service delivery failures by third parties

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the Website or servers
• Attempt unauthorized access (hacking, scraping, etc.)
• Misuse content or impersonate others

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

7. Limitation of Services

Gotripaz reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Suspend or terminate access
• Modify or discontinue services
• Remove user content
• Delete accounts or data
• Set usage limits

We are not liable for any such actions.

8. User Content & Reviews
